Maunieca Martin
Maunieca (Mo-nee-sha) was introduced to the board on June 1st, 2025. She is a dedicated advocate, spiritual leader, and compassionate caregiver whose life’s work centers on service, healing, and empowerment. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Luther Rice Seminary School, where she began her ministry journey with a deep commitment to faith and community.
Maunieca is a former Case Manager for people living with HIV/AIDS, she has supported countless families navigating complex medical and social challenges. Her work reflects a steadfast dedication to both physical and emotional well-being, especially among vulnerable populations.
Maunieca is also the founder and owner of Neat Butterfly Inc., a mentorship initiative that uplifts teenage girls by fostering confidence, purpose, and positive identity. She brings this same nurturing spirit to her role as a mother of three and a proud grandmother, while also caring full-time for her aging parents in Central Florida.
Inspired by her faith, Maunieca leads prayer groups and uses social media to encourage and connect with others. Her unwavering belief in the power of kindness, guidance, and spiritual resilience continues to inspire and uplift lives and communities. As a board member, she brings wisdom, heart, and a deeply rooted commitment to serving others.
