The Care Access Program (CAP) is a support program designed to help patients who are uninsured or experiencing gaps/changes in insurance coverage get access to:
Testing, Select Medical Services, Medications, and Essential Support Services.
Program Overview
The focus of CAP is to reduce barriers to care by providing coordinated support for patient in need of services, testing, and time sensitive care needs
Covered Clinical Services
- HIV testing
- Follow-up visit and treatment start for positive HIV test
- Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) initial & follow-up visit
- Covered limited medications
- Covered limited lab testing
