The focus of CAP is to reduce barriers to care by providing coordinated support for patient in need of services, testing, and time sensitive care needs

Covered Clinical Services

  • HIV testing  
  • Follow-up visit and treatment start for positive HIV test 
  • Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) initial & follow-up visit 
  • Covered limited medications 
  • Covered limited lab testing
