For you, this means essentially nothing changes execept expanded opportunities to have your labs drawn outside of the traditional visit to your insurance's preferred lab.

There are no additional approvals needed from insurance since we only collect the lab samples onsite and prepare them for pick-up. Your in-network lab still handles all of the processing, resulting, and communications with insurance.

The best part? There are no extra fees! Your insurance is still charged the same small collection fee that is assessed when you go to the traditional lab facility, but now with the added convenience of working with a staff you trust in a full-service care location!

1) During your provider visit, we will identify the lab that is in-network with your insurance plan and set it as your "preferred lab".

2) You will then work together with your provider to determine what labs you may need for routine lab work, sick visits, or new health concerns.

3) Your provider will then place a lab order to be collected in-house.

4) Once you proceed to the check-out desk the staff will direct you to the waiting area and alert the lab staff that you are ready for lab collection.

5) The lab staff will get you from the waiting area and take you back to the lab where the samples will be collected, labled, and made ready for pick-up from with designated courrier from your lab.

4) If this is done during a clinic visit, you will schedule this future lab appointment the same way you would schedule a clinic visit.

5) When you check-in for your appointment, the front desk will direct you to the waiting area and alert the lab staff that you are arrived and ready.

6) The lab staff will get you from the waiting area and take you back to the lab where the samples will be collected, labled, and made ready for pick-up from with designated courrier from your lab.
