FAQs
What is the difference between CAP and CASP?
The Care Access Program (CAP) is for uninsured patients. CASP is for patients who have insurance but still face out-of-pocket costs they can't manage.
Do I need insurance to qualify for CASP?
Yes. CASP is for patients with active health insurance. If you're uninsured, ask us about the Care Access Program instead.
Do I have to show proof of income?
No. You complete an enrollment form describing the barriers you're facing.
Does CASP cover everything?
No. High Resolution Anoscopy, Travel Medicine, and vaccines or injectables are not covered. Enrollment does not guarantee payment for every service.
How long does enrollment last?
Eligibility is reviewed once a year.
