At the heart of Sam F. Ewing’s Care Access Fund is a simple belief:

In recognition, and sincere appreciation of a lifetime of extraordinary leadership, philanthropy, and unwavering commitment to the well-being of others, we are renaming our current Care Access Program (CAP) to The Sam Ewing’s Care Access Fund to eliminate gaps in care for uninsured patients in our community.
Every day, we see patients fallout of care, not because treatment doesn’t exist, but because access fails them at criticalmoments. This fund is designed to directly intervene in those moments, covering the cost of care, medications, and services that keep patients engaged, supported, and healthy.
Every dollar donated goes directly to patient programs, including the Care Access Program—
helping cover the cost of labs, testing, medications, and critical navigation services that help
patients access and stay in care.
