Gender-affirming care here is ongoing care, not a single appointment.
We handle hormone therapy along with the lab work and monitoring that comes with it, and we write letters of support when you need one. We see patients 18 and older. Your care is provided by Dr. Charlotte-Paige Rolle and Angela E'akels, APRN. If you're looking toward surgery, or you want mental health support alongside your care, we can point you toward providers. What makes sense varies a lot from person to person, so bring it up at your visit and we'll go through the options together. You don't need a referral to start.
